CAMerely the location of the bldg. Otherwise, there's nothing good to mention about this unit. It's the TOTAL OPPOSITE of what I expected from the bldg as it was described as one of luxurious condo in the neighborhood. THIS UNIT DIDN'T DO WELL AS THE BLDG DESCRIBED! TOTAL RIPPED OFF!
*Room is dark and gloomy doesn't looked like the pictures posted! Dark brown grandma's curtain didn't do well. *Dusty corners, moldy sink and burnt wall socket -it's actually visible from the pics that were posted!!! Unfortunately, I missed it as I didn't zoomed it out!!! "ZOOMED IT OUT FOR YOU TO SEE!" *Bathroom deodorizer is so strong that gives me headache upon entering the unit * Furnitures were old and worn out...some parts were sticky and dusty *DIRTY CUTLERIES!!! There's some sticky part and food particles in the spoon and fork! So DISGUSTING!!! *AC unit is a dialed knob no remote control and situated in far top left of the unit, so you have to climbed up to turn it on- and -off! so inconvenient! The attitude of the Host- Angel (totally opposite of her name ACTUALLY! same as her unit!) Totally unresponsive with all our queries and concerns when we checked in!!! It's a total ripped off!!! If you're trying to book here scroll more pls!!! You'll do yourself a favor! There's tons of units on the same price range that has better service, complementaries and unit designs that make every penny worth it!!! -so glad we left the nextday!!!! Our new unit with few bucks cheaper than this has a great view, with balcony, with complementaries such as water, slippers, personal kits....way much spacious, well thought design great kitchen set up with washer!!! Book for that than thos old beaten, run-down, gloomy with inattentive host that doesn't care with her client!!! DON'T BOOK HERE!!! KEEP SCROLLING!!! YOU'RE WELCOME!!!

PHPHPHPHI worked a few metres from the place, so it was very convenient for me. The room was clean and had a pool view.
The room was a bit dim during the night and there was no curtain for the window but there was a blinder which was somewhat uncomfortable because I work night shift and it was hard to get some sleep since there is too much natural light coming in. Was not able to use tv to watch Netflix for a day since it is having issues connecting to the internet. The internet is a bit slow.
