Desde ahí se ve el mejor amanecer de todo kuta, la habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda, los espacios comunes están limpios y siempre con buena vista

El trayecto es complicado si llueve porque se forma mucho barro, el agua es fría en las duchas y podrían mejorar un poco la higiene de los mismos

Den manglende rengøring og vedligeholdelse fra personalet, selv når man bad om det direkte. Der manglede parasoller og ordentlige madrasser på solsengene. Poolen er varmere end luften hvilket var ærgerligt.

the bathrooms could be improved (toilets didn’t flush half the time and the water sometimes hardly worked for the shower) and could be a bit cleaner. Also the road to get there is a tough one!

The beds are comfortable. The view is gorgeous and the property looks very nice. There are two incredibly nice dogs :) PLEASE FEED THEM. Please, They are so sweet and one is a puppy. The staff won't feed them. I bought lots of food for when I leave and there's some down the road for 25k a bag. If you book outside booking.com it's just 100K and there's a lot of beds so it's very unlikely if you show up it will be full. I do recommend the place if you're just dumping your stuff and going to the beach or relaxing outside but as someone who got sick and needed to stay inside for three days and rest it is definitely not for a long term stay unless you can ignore the smells.

Its very dirty and the staff refuses to clean.very lazy staff in general. No wiping the tables, or sinks, walls ect, garbage piled up in the kitchen that reeks. I was there for ten days because I couldn't be bothered to move and the bathroom absolutely STINKS, the room smells very bad as well. We told them to clean multiple times, someone I know even offered to clean; I bleached the toilets in an attempt to make it better. There's two gorgeous, nice dogs that they don't feed, I had to buy food and feed them because I felt bad for them. I was informed that they were supposed to be feeding them. They're just playing on their phones or napping a lot of the time. It took a meeting with the owner for them to clean the bathroom and now it just smells bad but is covered up with chemicals which actually makes it worse and makes my head hurt. The AC reads 24 or 21 but if you hit room temperature it says 29 so it is obviously dirty or clogged and not working properly. I have no idea what the smells are but it's really bad and actually woke me up one day. The road is horrible but the owner is going to fix it so I'll let it slide. There's no signs about quiet time or anything so people would come in at 4am all the time just talking normal volume, drinking by the pool, just making lots of noise. Apparently (we found out after a week) there's hot water but they can't be bothered to change the gas tank. They did it one time which was nice but haven't had any since.
