The outstanding view and the location.

- We had to wait 45 minutes on the street to check in. The agency justified this by saying that they had a lot of check-ins to do on Thursday, but this is not acceptable given the price we paid. - The bathtub drain was clogged. The person who was supposed to clean it before our arrival could not have missed it. We finally unclogged the bathtub ourselves so we could take a shower. - The curtains in the upstairs bedroom (four pieces of curtain, worn and full of holes) let in all the light. - The door to one of the two downstairs bedrooms cannot be closed and is therefore unusable due to the constant humming noise from the old refrigerator. The apartment is not at all suitable for sleeping 7 people. - The smell of sewage in the small bathroom wakes you up at night. - There are no closets (only one small wardrobe in one of the downstairs bedrooms) to store clothes. - The bedding needs to be replaced, the mattresses are completely worn out. - The price is much too high, it has increased by about 50% compared to two years ago, which is enormous, especially since the quality of maintenance has significantly decreased.

Super zentrale Lage. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber und ordentlich.
