Все было чисто, убрано, все необходимое для проживание есть - стиральная и посудомоечная машина, также капсулы для них, утюг, фен, шампунь и мыло, чистые полотенца. Магазины, аптека и рестораны - в пешей доступности. Очень понравилось что в квартире три балкона и вид на три стороны. С балкона видно море.

The apartment was modern, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. You can make the room completely dark, which was especially important for me as a light sleeper. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need — towels, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, detergent, shampoo, and more. The location is great: the beach is nearby, and there are pharmacies and grocery stores just a few meters away. The Stella Polare train station is only a 3-minute walk, making it easy to visit places like Ostia Antica, the Colosseum, and the Basilica of San Paolo. Cecilia was incredibly friendly and helpful. She sent us all the necessary information well before our trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Bus transport 😄 some stops are just there but no bus came.

Location to the beach, the Metro and the supermarket. Spacious accommodation.

Great size. Very Clean. The host had pasta and sauces ready for us when we arrived which was fantastic as we were able to make food on arrival as we arrived late at night and were hungry. Check in was done via WhatsApp but was very convenient.

No bins in the apartment was weird. Had to bring our rubbish outside. Area could be noisy at night and in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, with many small touches to welcome guests. The beach was very close to the apartment, as was the train station and supermarket, pharmacy and cafe.

Property is surrounded by large garbage bins and the garbage trucks seem to come every night in the middle of the night. They are loud and would disturb my sleep.

Apartment is conveniently located next to the public transport network (train to Rome, buses) and beaches. The flat has all the necessary appliances needed. Cecilia is a great host very helpful and always going the extra mile to make the stay as nicest experience as possible for her guests. It is been one of the best apartaments I have ever stayed at and truly magnificent experience.

First of all, I want to write that I liked the apartment and I can recommend it for a seaside holiday and a visit to Rome. There are some minor flaws that do not affect my overall assessment. The only problem for me personally was the small shower stall, which I could hardly get into and which became smaller every day - either from the many impressions, or from the Italian products and Apperol.))) The description of the apartment and the photos correspond to what you will see for yourself. Linen, towels, the apartment is clean. We really found the beach mats that the hostess gave us and a bottle of cold mineral water in the refrigerator useful. Thank you! In my opinion, one of the main advantages of these apartments is the location. The apartment is located exactly in the middle between the train stop and the beach. The road in both directions takes no more than 5-7 minutes. From the station in 30 minutes you can get to Rome, and enjoy visiting this amazing city, its temples, museums, ancient ruins, fountains, streets and squares. Only 3 stops and 15 minutes separate you from the ruins of the ancient port of Rome, the city of Ostia Antica. If you are interested in the history of ancient Rome, you will be pleased. Perhaps, Ostia, along with Pompeii, is one of the best preserved Roman cities, and with excellent mosaics. The only thing to consider is that it is better not to visit it during the hottest time of the year, and if, like us, in August, then arrive at the opening at 8.30 (Monday is a day off) and take an umbrella from the sun, a bottle of water, and sunscreen.)) Well, the sea is what you need in the summer for relaxation, especially if you are with children. If you go a little further to the right, then there is a good free beach closed from the waves by a stone pier. The massage for 5 euros (10 minutes), which was offered by Chinese women, in my opinion, was worth every cent paid. I recommend it.

Continuation of the review: We started our day with a cappuccino and a croissant in a small cafe next to the station (they also sell delicious ice cream there), then we went to the sea, and after lunch we left for Rome. Trains run every 20 minutes. Next to the apartment there is a pizzeria with delicious and inexpensive pizza, and if you want to have a snack at home, then on a parallel street there is a supermarket with excellent Italian cheeses, prosciutto, apperol and prosecco. )) And of course with a traditional set of products. Nearby there are also bus stops from which you can get to the city center or to Fiumicino airport. But it should be noted that a significant part of these routes is not shown by Google Maps. Also, Google does not show the bus from the airport to Ostia, but tries to send you the long way through Rome. The program link to which the owner kindly sent me was very helpful to me. I advise you to use it, it showed the movement of buses from the airport, in Ostia and Rome much more accurately and completely than Googlemap. IMPORTANT - before using the program, set the region where you are - Italy, Rome, otherwise the program will not work normally. If you order a taxi to / from the airport, then there are no problems. But if you planned to use the bus, then consider the following important points. 1) we could not buy a bus ticket for 1.5 euros at the airport. Think in advance whether you can buy it online. 2) The driver's ticket costs 7 (!) euros, and you can only pay by card. 3) The bus stop FROM the airport is located to the right of the exit from the terminal. 4) If your plane leaves Rome before 7.30 am, it is better to order a taxi. I hope my advice and recommendations will help you. I rate the apartment and the hostess's attention at 10 points.
