Locația este aproape de o mică plajă ,la 250 m și la 4km de nea iraklitsa, la distanțe mici mai multe taverne unde se mănâncă bine,supermarket aproape.

Am stat 9 nopți, timp în care nu s-a facut deloc curățenie, nu s-au schimbat așternuturile sau prosoapele,nu s-a dus gunoiul. A fost autogospodarire- era bine să ni se fi spus asta de către proprietar când ne-a predat cheile cu un mic instructaj sau să scrie la descrierea locației pe booking. Altfel te aștepți în fiecare zi la aceste servicii normale în alte părți. În cameră există și o plită electrică dar fără nici un vas în care să poți găti ceva. Erau doar 2 farfurii,2 cani,2furculite,2 linguri și 2 pahare.Are și un balcon privat dar foarte apropiat de celelalte balcoane,practic fără pic de intimitate,vezi ce mănâncă celalalt de vis-a-vis.
