The cottage is quaint and accommodated two aging sisters very well. Well equipped and cosy.

We struggled to locate the cutlery but a quick phone call resolved that.

Beautiful cottage and garden. Very good facilities ( would have like water hotter) Good location- village lovely, interesting church, lovely countryside. Very quiet- could hear the wood pigeons which was great. But shame the pub was closed and no shop. It meant that there were few people around and so less sense of a community. Went to Holkham Hall and want to go back as so much to take in. Make sure you visit when Jean is working as one of the guides- full of lively information. Beaches are wonderful.

The water for the bath and shower could have been hotter.

Well presented cottage with good styling. A very generous welcome pack, good quality linens and towels. Comfortable sitting room, good instructions.

We were with elderly parents so at the top of the stairs, an additional hand rail would have been useful. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider. The second bedroom was very small including the bed, really I would class this as a three person cottage.

"Lovely quiet escape"

Lovely decor, very thoughtfully laid out and very quiet. Nice kitchen well equipped, not that we used it much. Very comfortable beds slept very well. It's a really exceptional welcome pack.

Nothing really, but you need to be quite confident driver getting in out out of the parking space.

"For such a small house everything we needed was there."

Breakfast not applicable - self catering. Liked the welcome pack, the towels and plenty of hot water.

The sofa and chairs were a little hard and not very comfortable.
