Ļoti laipns un atsaucīgs saimnieks!

Appartamento molto curato, pensato ai minimi dettagli. Al nostro arrivo ho apprezzato molto di trovare nel frigo, come pensiero, le bottiglie di acqua fredda e frutta fresca. Il proprietario molto gentile che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e consigli sul luogo. Ritornerei molto volentieri. La posizione è molto strategica x per poter visitare i maggior punti di interesse in zona.

Everything was great: very friendly hosts, the apartment is very clean, cozy, comfortable, there is absolutely everything you need (washing machine, oven, parking, etc.) I definitely recommend it.

I would have given 10/10 if there were no hidden payments that I found out about during check-in. I had to pay 2 EUR/guest/night tax + 20 euros for towels and bed linen on the spot. In my case, it came out to an additional 40 euros. It would be much better to include this in the price of the apartment right away so that I see a final total. (or at least to clearly mention all numbers in the description).

Tidy, clean, and adorable flat, fully equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Even though we arrived earlier than originally planned, the hosts were very kind and understanding. If you have a car, Calatabiano village is nicely located within less than an hour from some of East Sicily's main attractions (Etna volcano, Taormina, Catania, Alcantara gorges, etc.).

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is only opened during July and August.

Giovanni is a friendly, helpful host with a lovely clean apartment with plenty of facilities. Nice touches included the coffee, fruit, and biscuits provided. The apartment has a secure parking compound and a lift to access the second floor. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony is lovely for an early evening aperatif. Well fitted kitchen is great for cooking.

The apartment is in a residential block. However, the neighbours are lovely. Unfortunately the pool was not open during our stay.

The apartment is in a very good location, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need for living. The owners of the apartment are very nice people, we were surprised when we arrived that there was a large fruit bowl prepared, as well as taps for the house.. I highly recommend this place, the quality-price ratio is perfect.
