Room near East Midland Airport 6

They have free on site parking, but it was not made clear that the parking registration Ipad for it to be free was located on the wall inside by the rooms. I ended up parking outside on the street.

Nada foi me indicado um quarto não consegui entrar no mesmo pois não haviam chaves na porta como indicado e o quarto estava trancado (quarto n6) após tentar entrar por mais de 2 horas e sem resposta por parte do host desisti e fui para o aeroporto

Not bad at all for the money, Yes there is some plane noise as expected near the airport. No tv but good internet. Room a bit tired but to be expected. Room was warm, shower hot, kettle in room. My only complaint was the pillows need replacing (smell) bedding was otherwise clean.

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. It was in a convenient place and I was able to park in the parking area adjacent to the accommodation. The loo and basin were clean and in good condition. The price was very reasonable.

The parking area outside the door into the accommodation was strewn with litter - cigarette butts, plastic, bits of paper and all manner of rubbish. Also plant pots overflowing with water with bits of litter in them. There were wheelie bins surrounded by more rubbish and overgrown vegetation. Someone was clattering around in the corridor outside my room in the late evening - I asked if they could not make such a noise as I had to leave early the next morning, but they carried on sweeping up and generally banging about. There was a cupboard without a door, opposite my room with linen and odd items thrown in a heap. My room wasn't too bad, but it could have done with some attention.
