The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it very convenient to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was tidy and organized, which made us feel welcome and relaxed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone looking for a centrally located and clean place to stay.

The room was a little dark as it was located on the first floor and faced the inner courtyard. However, this was not an issue for us since we mainly used the room for sleeping. Finding the room itself was a bit challenging at first, but the video instructions sent by the host before check-in were extremely helpful and made the process much easier. Overall, these were only minor inconveniences that did not affect our stay or our overall impression of the accommodation. We had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean and centrally located place to stay

Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, es roch tagelang nach Essen, wurde nicht abgespült und kein Personal, was das Chaos beseitigt hätte

Posizione eccellente, praticamente in piazza Maggiore. Struttura nuova all' interno di un bel palazzo. La colazione al bar ottima.

Unica pecca è stato il fatto che avevo richiesto due letti singoli e abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale. Anche nel bagno piccole mancanze che fanno la differenza.

La posizione centralissima e la cortesia dello staff, che ci ha garantito un'accessibilità veloce ed efficace e la disponibilità di lasciare per qualche ora i bagagli in camera oltre il check out. Appartamento ristrutturato da poco e sostanzialmente nuovo.

Ambiente angusto, camera e bagno sporchi e pieni di moscerini. Polvere su mobili e a terra, comodino sporco e macchiato, una sola abatjour e copriletto maleodorante e macchiato. Asciugamani che decisamente non profumavano di pulito. Spazi comuni caotici e sporchi. Una sola macchinetta del caffè e un solo cestino di capsule in cucina, ovviamente preso d'assalto e capsule non in dotazione alla camera. Il set di cortesia del bagno erano due dispenser di sapone e shampoo economici. Cuscini scomodi di un solo tipo.
