Modern appartement nicely furnished with a large balcony, The bedroom was nice and spacious, the bathroom as well. Not sure how spacious the living room would be if you needed the sofa bed as that is quite big. Towels and sheets were provided. Location is on the road but this appartement faces the back so little bother from the noise. You can cross the street and walk to the small beach and boulevard of Feriolo which has some nice restaurants on the water. Baveno is very close and a nice town with quite a few restaurants and nice terraces. Verbania is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. We also really enjoyed visiting Lago Mergozzo, also less than a 15 min drive.

First of all the communication was non existent. I had contacted the property many times through Booking but had had no response. A few days before we left still nothing so called Booking (which takes at least 30 min to reach them and then another 20 or so before they call you back) They gave me a new number to contact (not sure why they had one on their site which went straight to voicemail and nobody returned calls) and this time I got an answer. We were met at the appartement and given the keys. During our stay I contacted the host a few more times through WhatsApp but got no response. Finally on the day of departure I called her to ask what we should do with the key. Was really disappointed by this. Furthermore, I could not believe the supply of small cookies, cakes, chips, and other (unhealthy) snacks that were provided. Everything was individually wrapped in plastic. Instead of having a salt and pepper mill at the appartment and a bottle of olive oil, vinegar, box of sugar etc like we were used to, they had a million small fast food type packages of salt, peper, sugar, even olive oil etc. It really felt like we were at MacDonald's. So not what we are used to in Italy. So much waste of plastic, foil, paper etc. We were rather disappointed by this especially in 2024. Would much prefer no breakfast and lower the price a bit and let guests buy their own food and just provide the basics as mentioned above.

The mother of the owner was very kind, She welcomed us, handed us the keys and showed us around. The place is big, the bathroom is new and comfortable. There is a lift

Electricity went out. It was explained that this had to do with Italian supply. While it was briefly fixed, in total we had no power for half of our stay. Meaning no A/C, sleeping with open windows next to a noisy street and no hot water. The beds are dreadful, they offer no support.

The host was really nice, warm and helpful. You have to call the lady one hour before you arrived at least to get the keys. The flat is beautiful, modern, very clean, comfortable, well equipped with everything necessary for a friendly family stay : we took a 2 bedroom flat with a sofa that could fit one person. We really appreciated the "included breakfast" that is well done prepared in the flat. The flat is located on the main road but not noisy. There is a parking lot included with the booking flat. The center of Baveno is not so far with car (10mn without traffic jam). There is a kind of chinese shop below the building where you could find everything. Some other supermarkets and restaurants could also be joined on foot nearby.

The building is located at the exit of the town of Baveno but not really in the center: Then in the late afternoon and the beginning of the day, you could meet traffic jam to go in and/or out the town. But it's not really a problem when you know to deal with it.

Great welcome from Stefania who couldn't have been more lovely. Location was great. Really clean modern flat, warm (in fact boiling, we had to turn all the radiators down and open the window!) It was well equipped with cereals and sweet snacks, crisps, drinks etc. Highly recommend crossing the road and walking down to the lake and up to the restuarant fiore di latte, amazing starters, wood fired pizzas, we ate their twice.

The only two negative point to be aware of: The flat is on a busy road and you can hear the cars at night.

Everything was perfect! It was super clean, the kitchen was super equipped. Stephanie was super nice.

It was very hard to communicate with the owners because it was only through booking and they didnt answer their phone and no whatsapp was available. We had a problem with the fridge and the technician came after 24hr. The technician stayed 2hr with us in order to fix it so it was inconvenient.

Very convenient, very equipped. Stefania thought of everything and did not settle for less than great.

It was more than perfect 👍 👍 👍 👍 Incredible punctuality, cleanliness, courtesy, and attention to detail. We were with a small child of 5 months, we got everything we needed. Incredible view from the window, it's something. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

The apartment was clean

The check in was delayed without an advanced notice and we managed to get an update from the host (after writing 3 times during the day) when we were 10 mins away that the check in is delyed in 3 hours. The photos on the site show lake view when we really got a balcony to a really noisy road and an ugly parking lot. The bed base had a probelm which made it the worst night experiance. They publish the place with breakfast included which is really a few snacks and some cereal boxes. No coffee machine or fresh food of any kind. This title is simply misleading and flase. The location is poor and overall it was the worst experiance we had in our trip. We stayed there one night out of three and left. No refund for the other 2 nights.
