New building, the apartment looks luxurious (but is not), quiet area.

It is very difficult to find the location because google maps don't know the adress (it is a brand new building and development site). This apartment was an absolute fail due to two reasons: first - we missed kitchen equipment, second - the folding sofa bed. The kitchen is equiped as in any hotel. All the kitchen cabinets are empty! Basically you can make only coffee/tea and drink wine, you cannot cook at all (there is no cutting knife, potato peeler, grater, can opener, any pots, wooden spoons, etc.). See pictures. The sofa bed is too short so a 180 cm tall person cannot sleep on it (the sofa is approx 180 cm only) and the bed is also very unconfortable, so the apartment should be designated for only two people who can sleep in the bed room. There was also mold in the bathroom. We didn't like this apartment at all. Avoid this property if you need a kitchen to cook and someone needs to sleep on the sofa bed.

Cozy, well designed and equiped room with a nice view at aprox. 15 min walk distance from the centre.
