The property has a very good location: safe area, nearby nice restaurants and shops. Check the bakery right in front of the gate. The focaccia bread is amazing there. The staff were quite friendly. Instructions provided were very clear and easy to navigate. Very helpful and responsive while chatting.

The bathroom equipment was a bit old. We struggled a bit with hot water. It was difficult to regulate the right temperature for shower. Upstairs neighbor was a bit loud. We could hear the second night their all heavy movements.

The process for collection of the keys was frustrating. I booked but my friend arrived the day before me due to family issues. The agency would not allow her to collect both sets of keys despite me requesting this. Keys had to be collected at a cafe near the apartment with limited opening times or after hours from the office 25 mins walk away. I was told the café could only have one set of keys - the apartment can sleep 4! Only one tiny bar of soap and two sachets of shampoo for 2 people, 4 days - felt mean Two different coffee makers but no coffee, condiments, oil provided. Tiny amount of washing up liquid and nothing to wash clothes. No instructions for washing machine and it was so old couldn't find a manual online. All of the above gave the impression that they really didn't care about the guests. It would be so easy and cheap to rectify these issues Bad smell in the wardrobe

Excellent location.

1. Key logistics is terrible. You should reserve extra time and money because the key is located away 25 minutes by walking or 20eu by taxi. 2. We got mosquitos every night . 3. Low noise isolation from top neighbours.

The house is pretty big with enough space. The kitchen and cooking stuff is good enough

Just as other guests, we were happy with the are - 10min walk from Torino porta nuova, 25 from Porta Susa, 15-20 min to the main sightseeing objects, a very comfortable bed, cosiness and charm of an Italian home, and independence to come and go, cook own meals were the essential advantages of this studio. The kitchen features most necessities (apart from salt and pepper), and even a bialetti (but no coffee). Amazing bakery just across the street, don't miss pizzeria Berberè.

Just as other guests, we thought the communication was abrupt, the directions of how to get in unprecise (they did not even bother to take a picture of the front door, only described as "smaller" though it is clearly bigger than the one on the right, so we were walking around the yard at night trying to unlock every door till we found one which our key, one of 3, fit :D ) Then, the staff had the audacity to ask us "not to jeopardise the check-in of other guests" and to take out our trash! We clearly cannot jeopardise the situation more than the people who run/clean this place, as we found socks apparently left under the bed by the previous visitors, together with the layer of dust... We visited in February and the flat had been probably not heated for a while (+ smelling of an old wardrobe), and very cold, especially the floors, the overall temperature was not 21C, for sure, luckily we could turn on the AC to warm up. Hot water was coming and going too, how to connect to wi fi we only got the instructions after some enquiries. This place has potential (if nobody kills themselves leaning on breaking railings), but some change in management is essential. You are welcome! :)
