Lara's cozy room @Tambuli Resort

I’ve been here many times ‘coz my family loves staycation during weekend. It’s a nice place for a quick recharge. Love it because it is just a few minutes from home.

The room was nice and generally the hotel was well designed. Food in the restaurant was good and there were two nice gentleman waiting on outside tables

The staff were generally inattentive and didnt seem to know what was going on. You had to oy extra to use the pool, which seems weird in a resort with a pool. You go there for the pool and so expect it to be free. And its not even cheap, over €30 for a day pass, and you cant get a half day pass for the day of check in. Which due to check in times allowed, mean you cant use the pool until the afternoon anyway.

The condo and the resort were good for relaxation. The owner is easy to reach and responds fast to inquiries

We were a group of 3, our friend slept at the sofa bed and didnt have a blanket. Even with the AC temp turned up she was still cold.

It is peaceful and quiet. You have the time to enjoy and relax with your family.

The room is clean generally. Room is not that big like you expected in the photo. Maybe is due to my own mis-judgement.

Too far away from the main gate. Need to get grab or walk a certain distance to the main entrance to get a motorcycle for transport.

It was very expensive just to use their swimming pool or use of the beach or even drink at the bar and your not even allowed to bring your own chips to eat in their pool complex which they charge P1800.00 per person. My little grandchildren aged between 8 months and 2 years old just to even dip their feet in the water have to pay P1800.00 per person. Other family stayed there that we meet also said how ridiculous such price to pay to even swim for just 10 mins to cool down from Cebu's hot humid weather. The pool that's free had construction workers staring and watching us while we swim and was very uncomfortable being there. Our room on 3rd floor with balcony view of broken tiles and a driveway to the hotel with horrible strong smell right through the building and pipe knocking all day and night that kept us awake and no rest.

The room is equipped with a kitchen with complete set of utensils, has oven, refrigerator and heater. Instead of ordering food outside, you can cook your meals there.

I was welcomed by Maria who was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure that all was there for the stay and gave some explanation and info about surroundings. Nice, clean and comfortable studio with balcony and near the resort beach and pool (private, so there is a fee). Several restaurants in the surrounding but need a taxi to access. Quiet and peaceful area!

Very neat. Fast internet. Great resort amenities.
