Comfortable, extremely clean apartment in a gated complex with access to the pool. Equipped with all facilities for a pleasant stay. In a beautiful location in picturesque Mascali overlooking Etna.

Close to everything Security was really good

The shower is very small and the hand basin was getting blocked all the time. For a group of 5 people, the hot water didn't last and ran out very quickly. The cutlery needs to be changed as all the knives were blunt. And also, it would be good to have an airer for the clothes as it was hard for the clothes to be dried. A kettle would be good too as there was nothing to boil water for tea.

The apartment was clean, and parking was a big plus but were not a lot of important things for comfortable staying.

We didn't find a blanket, any knives, board for cutting. Also we got a hair dryer, but we couldn't use it because they have other type of electrical outlet. Thanks host, he bought all these goods and gave them them on the same day. But other moments were not fixed. My recommendation for owners how to make apartment comfortable for your guests: 1. Fix a shower. It was broken 2. To make some shelves and hang hooks for towels in the bathroom. You don't have space where you can put your stuff when you take a shower 3. To buy hangers for clothes. You have two huge wardrobe without shelves, only tube for hangers and no hangers. 4. Make a button to open the gate. Every day, we had a quest for how to open the gate with the key, it's not work correct, and we spend a lot of time on this. 5. Also would be grate to put some table and chairs on balcony, so nice balcony with beautiful views, it's great place for drinking coffee.
