Terrible experience. Toilet commode of one of the booked room was dirty and compromised. Even the wooden bathroom frames are dirty and unclean. However that can be tolerated but not the way an used toilet was given. It was i did the flushing …on seeing the dirty toilet. Staff tried putting the blame back on me saying i had used the toilet and returning the room key! Immediately returned that room’s key to the reception. Require refund . Even the bin near the toilet commode was rusty and lid not working!

The Hotel location is close to the Airport.

Ventilation & Air Conditioning was bad,which led to moisture stench throughout the Hotel.
