"Une chambre commide chez un particulier"

La chambre est intégrée à l'appartement du propriétaire, mais il fait tout pour que ce ne soit pas un problème. On partage avec lui la salle de bain, équipée à neuf et entretenue avec une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, le dialogue est facile avec lui (mais il est vrai que je parle italien).

Même si l'adresse est dans une rue transversale, l'immeuble est en angle : la proximité d'une grande artère avec tram et circulation soutenue fait que l'on n'échappe pas au bruit urbain.
