Great pool and location

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The owner is an exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful person. Whenever I needed anything, she responded very quickly and was always ready to help with a smile. The studio was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What made my stay special was the excellent communication and genuine hospitality of the host. She made me feel welcome from the first day until the last. I highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting the area. Thank you very much for your kindness, support, and excellent service. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Расположение к морю, обслуживающий персонал, уборка каждый день. Постельное белье чистое. Мини-кухня хватает всё для приготовления и первого, и второго. Бассейн чистый. Проживали с ребенком. Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

The location was perfect, right on the strip and was very convenient for us as a young group.

• Security & condition: Front doors did not lock properly and had holes, making us feel unsafe. Shower heads fell off the walls, one room had no toilet seat, and a bed was damaged. • Hygiene & pests: Ant nests on balconies, constant bugs, mold on all metal fixtures, dirty bathrooms, and an unclean pool. Mattresses caused severe itching and unusual bites — one guest visited a GP after returning to the UK. • Service & behaviour: The host was rude, had limited English, blamed us for issues, and tried to force extra payment. Another on-site person threatened us twice, used abusive language, and caused distress. The host physically grabbed us by the wrists when we left. Our concerns were ignored, cleaning was minimal, and there was no support from staff. We felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and very disappointed

Right next to all amenities and 2 minute walk from the beach. Great value for money if you are just looking for a base to stay.
