The host was really kind and helpful. It was near to the center.

The walls are really thin and we could hear everything from the other rooms&corridor. The wifi was unuseable. As it is really near to the center, most of the guests are teenagers who comes here for the party and they are really loud. So if you plan to rest on you holiday, i would choose a hotel in somewhere else.

We liked the location, Laganas strip and the beach was a short walking distance, the host was available, we could always reach her.

The room wasn't clean, the places that were somewhat hidden for example under the bed was not cleaned at all, the floor was dirty with a bunch of hair and dust, the kitchen was not as equipped as we would liked it to be, there wasn't enough cutlery and glasses and there was no kettle even though it was listed on the website. It was a bit strange that we would have had to pay 5€/per night for the AC but there was no information about this on the website. The shower curtain was too short to reach the floor so even after a quick shower the bathroom was basically flooded for the whole afternoon/night. Despite all of these, the biggest issue was that we found a mouse in our room under the fridge the first night and even though we could moved to a different room there was also a mouse in that room. We wanted to rest and relax but this really put a bad start on our holiday. We felt like the host was bit dismissive and didn't take the problem seriously, we didn't get any compensations. We could use the AC for free after we asked for it at least. The host put a mouse trap in our room but it was not succesful so we slept with the mouse in our room for the rest of our holiday.

How close the distance was to the strip. Pool was small but still nice. It works perfectly as a place to go home to after a night out and just fall asleep to then go out the next day, not really an accomodation to stay for a while.

Shower would flood bathroom, there were ants, air con required additional cost without being informed- €5 euro a day. Anyone can enter, which is nice if you want to bring your friends over, but it led to some drunk guys standing outside our balcony harassing us

Location is perfect!

The shower could be upgraded.

Friendly staff, clean, close to the main strip, convenient parking accommodations.

The only small issue was that air conditioning was extra charge and was not indicated in the booking but not expensive, Five euros/per day. Small pool but quaint.

The room was very clean, the owner was lovely and it is very close to the strip and beach. Nice communal atmosphere, easy to access the property and had very comfortable beds.

The pool is very shallow and green around the edges.

Everything and the people who own the place are lovely
