Owner is a great woman. She cares about her guests. Great location. It is very clean and pool is nice.

Everything was fine

Never met the workers besides who was cleaning.

Beaches nearby. The pool was OK. Beds where pretty ok. It had a kitchen.

The bathroom was extremely small and the roof was leaking. Also too many beds for one room.

The location was good if you are young and want to drink and party, otherwise don’t stay here. Manager allowed us to extend a night without fuss when there was a booking.com error.

A flight change meant we arrived at 9am to the hotel. We called the number listed at ‘reception’ and the owner said check in wasn’t until 12. We then had to wait outside for 3 hours, on plastic chairs in the heat, even though our room was cleaned and ready before that. The owner did not care to accommodate us, or coord an early check in by making a simple phone call to her cleaner. At midday we called and were told we could go into a room that had been cleaned hours earlier. Sheets and toilet floor were stained and had to be cleaned and changed. There was a very suspicious brown stain under the toilet bin. No aircon remote when we finally got our room. It’s an extra 5€/day for AC. The owner said “oh, you actually want aircon?”. She was more concerned by telling us we had woken her at 9am, rather than providing basic things like a clean room.

Location is great, near the beach and in the city centre. Accommodation is good considering the price you pay. Size room is good and we loved the balcony. The cleaning standard was high and we had our sheets and towels changed few times during our stay.

The bathroom sink was blocked the whole time which was not great. A recommendation for the key collection- maybe if noone is around when guests are due to arrive, they should send messages in advance of their arrival with instructions how to enter etc. The AC has to be paid for separately if you want to use it. We didn’t need it but never seen that in any other accommodation.

It was close to the beach, shops, restaurants and it had a swimming pool.

Nobody is there 24/7 so if you have the luck to stay there at the same time as any group of kids, you have no chance to sleep because they will sing and yell and scream and nobody will tell them anything. The room wasn’t very clean, there was a huge spider web in one corner of the room, the floors underneath the beds and kitchen cabinets were dirty and had food scraps, the bathroom door had toothpaste smeared all over it and one day we received dirty bed sheets. Besides all of this, one of the beds broke when we sat on it one night and when we tried to fix it we saw that it was already broken from before us and had some sort of improvisation with a wooden piece in place of the mattress holders. Also, there is no screen door so you have no way of opening the door without insects getting in and the AC was 5€.
