Everything. The host was not responsive on the day of check in, no reply for all the messages that I sent. My tour guide had to call and manage to speak to someone. They gave us different unit. The apartment was very dirty, dusty, and like a haunted house. From the living room, the floor, the kitchen, toilet, bedroom, the bed. The dustbin in the toilet was full of trash. Could not believe the host actually has the audacity to let someone stay here. One of my friends got skin allergic due to dirt and dust. We were not able to sleep that night.
