Really I don't like the apartment the building was not clean and smell bad the same thing with the escalator smell bad and all the time noisy sound in that location.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay (June 2025). Despite being marketed as a “Modern Spacious 3 Bedroom City Centre Apartment – Free Parking – Private Balcony – Excellent Service,” the property failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service. The reality of the apartment included: Unfurnished and poorly maintained rooms: The bunk beds in the living room lacked proper covers, and there were no curtains, leading to an uncomfortable and exposed sleeping environment. Several in our party even suspected a pest issue. Uncomfortable bedding: The mattresses were old and provided inadequate support, resulting in poor sleep and discomfort. Lack of kitchen essentials: For a property advertised as suitable for up to 8 guests, there were only 3 glasses, 3 cups, 4 chairs, and a small table. This basic oversight made it impossible for our group to dine together and is unacceptable. Plumbing and hygiene issues: One of the bathrooms had a blocked sink, and on the second day, the water heater failed completely—leaving us without hot water despite attempts to restart it. Damaged and dirty furnishings: The floors were noisy, the paint was dirty, doors were broken, and everything felt neglected. The so-called “private balcony” was tiny (approximately 2m²), dirty, and occupied by noisy pigeons. Misleading photos: The pictures provided on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the apartment. For example, the couch shown in the listing was no longer in the property. Unprofessional service: Communication with MyStayInn was disorganized and frustrating, with multiple inconsistent contacts via WhatsApp—some of whom were even rude. Despite requesting relocation, no alternative was offered. This stay was highly disappointing and fell well below the standards I expect from Booking.com.

Broken Fridge Door, Sink in ensuite blocked, Apartment could do with a massive makeover. timber Flooring rotting and creaking when you walk on it, Was charged for a broken remote control which was broken on our arrival. this remote wasnt even for TV in the room, the main TV had its own remote. A Happy birthday Banner on the back of the kitchen door dispite them saying rooms were cleaned beore our arrival.

Totally waste of money…! 272 pounds for one night and floor was too noisy … even they charge us extra like you can say robbed us in a way because the handle of a door was broken before and they it very well but blaming us for that and charge us … Totally disappointing not gonna go back

One of the dining chairs was broken. There was no salt, pepper or token amount of cooking oil available.

It was very clean.

Multiple things were broken. The handle on the master bedroom door, the clothes drying rack, the attachment connecting the closet door covering the fridge to the fridge door. Heating did not work. They then tried to blame me for part of this, as well as claiming "I used a blanket inappropriately" and attempted to charge me.
