Nice apartment, clean and comfortable beds. Great equipped kitchen (no oven) and a lovely rooftop pool.

When we arrived at the apartment at 6pm, the A/C was not turned on, it was currently 43 degrees outside. I turned it on and seemed very slow to work. I messaged the host as it was 33 degrees inside the apartment. I was informed it was on and working (as per their mobile app) however it took 4 hours for the aircon to reach the desired temperature of 22 degrees. While I am all for sustainability - I feel the aircon could of been turned on an hour before our arrival as it was so hot outside a cool apartment would of been a lot more comfortable As many other travelers mentioned - location is a bit out of town but if you have a car it’s not a problem. It can be hard to gain access to the building.

El apartamento en sí está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario, está limpio y el dueño/a siempre operativo/a para cualquier cosa.

No me gustó nada la ubicación, está en mitad de un polígono y no encontré ninguna información de ello en la oferta del apartamento. Te ves en mitad de un polígono, solitario porque encima era sábado y todo estaba cerrado, ningún restaurante o bar cercano para tomarte nisiquiera un café. Y lejos del centro. Me hubiese gustado haber sido conocedora de ello.

The beds were nice and comfortable and it was handy to cook your own dinner.

The process to just get into the apartment was epic. Without internet, you can't get in. NO communications are in english, and unless you can speak Spanish, you are in trouble. Took us 45 minutes just to enter the flat !! The bathroom was super tiny, and you could hardly sit on the toilet - it was that small. The shower was the same - very tiny. There was no pictures of the building and when you get there it does not look like apartments - you are in an industrial area, and again there are no signs indicating that this is apartments. As a tourist you are not thought after !!

We thought the apartment was lovely,modern,spacious,AND in a great location- if you are travelling by car. Roberto the host was vdery very kind ion answering all our questions,particularly on how to gain access remotely to the apartment.
