Lokacija je dobra, ima parking, zgrada je nova, stan ima potencijal, dobro je opremljen.

Nažalost, apartman nije bio adekvatno očišćen pre našeg dolaska. Posteljina je bila odložena u ormaru i morali smo sami da je postavljamo; pritom je imala neprijatan ustajali miris. Apartman je pretrpan mnogim nepotrebnim stvarima koje su pune prašine, bilo je više prljavih tepiha, a po celom apartmanu smo nalazili mnogo dugih crnih dlaka. Domaćica je bila odsutna i, kako smo razumeli, neko drugi je bio zadužen za čišćenje, ali je bilo jasno da apartman pre našeg boravka nije bio adekvatno očišćen.
