GBUnusual but quite convenient. A few concerns but the owner was very fast and keen to resolve these. Always returned calls to my questions. Overall good experience.

BEThe place has a unique decoration, it is spacious, and it is well located. The owner and his helper were helpful. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice.
It used to be a store or a garage, cause it has glass doors that are then covered by electric metal doors that go all the way down to the floor. It felt a bit unsafe and also dangerous if electricity goes off. Also, I don't think the place was well cleaned. There was only one towel and it was already hanging. We had to look for more towels, and they had a smell. It just didn't look like they put a lot of effort into cleaning it.

There is one bed and one sofa. It is not a convertible sofa (or at least we couldn't figure how to turn it into a bed) So for the 3rd and 4th there is no bed. You do get cleansheets for the sofa, though but it might not be really confirtable for them.
USGrear value! Very cool apartment. Clean, nice furnishings, and good amenities. Easy communications. Good location in a quiet area.
