Well organized and simple layout. Very inviting.

The property is nice and cozy we had a great stay. The location is perfect especialy if you have children with you since everything is near.

Clean , good shower , comfortable bed

Bit of a misson to get in there between different lifts , security and coded combinations.

Very nice new building. I used the Fitness Center all 4 days, the pool twice. Shopping and restaurants are just across the turn around area. I bought what I wanted for BF and dinner at the store. Many restaurants to choose from if you don't want to use the kitchen.

The bathroom is quite small. The Fitness Center would not let me in until Mark made some calls. Supposed to be for owners and renters, not Airbnb guests. But he got me access by texting him.

Felt like home, swimming pool was amazing and clean, there are guards 24/7. Owner is very helpful and nice, is willing to help when needed and make it as comfortable as possible for it’s guest. Highly recommended.

Aircon was a bit loud but it’s a standard one from the whole complex.

Location is close to everything you could need, especially for a long stay: laundry, grocery, restaurants, 7-eleven, Watsons, MRT-3, and for such cheap price! It has an awesome list of amenities, bidet was strong and the hot/cold shower was working really well, unit was clean and smelled great. I like that there was a glass wiper for the bathroom mirror and a vacuum cleaner. We had a problem with the Netflix log-in at one point but Mark got it resolved in no time. He was very accommodating, generous, and the best host you could ask for. Check-in/out went smoothly and instructions were provided completely. We had such a lovely stay. Definitely looking out on this one for future trips around the metro! <3

The faucet water pressure of the toilet sink was weak but can be overlooked. Also, there were some tiny roaches possibly coming out from the drains but personally, these things didn't cause much of a fuss overall.
