Das Apartment war sauber ordentlich eingerichtet und hergerichtet Die Duschwannen Ecken waren als einziges zu bemängeln

Die Treppe zu den Apartments ist sehr steil ausgebaut und sehr eng

Quartier très calme. Petites ruelles. Excellente localisation. Logement fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Douche et eau chaude parfaites.

Escaliers raides. A oublier avec gros bagages ou difficultés à marcher, gravir (ce n'était pas notre cas). Pas de possibilité de parking local immédiat. Mais nous avons trouvé, pas trop loin. Globalement satisfaits.

Baixa relação qualidade/preço. Para o valor cobrado, as condições do alojamento ficam claramente abaixo do esperado. Existem alternativas em Coimbra na mesma faixa de preço com melhor manutenção e melhor isolamento de ruído exterior. É, no mínimo, desconcertante que um alojamento que se intitula "Casa Rosa com AC", em que o AC faz literalmente parte do nome, tenha um sistema de ar condicionado que funciona incrivelmente mal. Num verão em Coimbra, isso deixa de ser um inconveniente para se tornar um problema real.
