Close to everything , quiet and clean ! Lage is perfect !! Just 2 min walk to downtown and 3 min to gondle !

Hause may need some upgrade for the price , they have fans on floor no ac , some renovation would be nice , you can make the house really cute. No Waschmaschine but we got acces on the facility to . The furniture looks very old . Very simple . 2 rooms are on basement , so no views or day light really
