Where to start.....excellent location, spacious, very clean, easy parking, great host communication.... We booked this house for a family holiday with ages ranging from 8 to 70. Plenty of room, loads of amenities (board games, sky tv, jigsaws) although the weather was fantastic so was out and about most of the time. Dog friendly (took 2 dogs) and the beach is a 5 minute walk away for an early morning dog walk and coffee in the beach cafe. Bus stop for the open top bus which took you into great yarmouth was just a short walk away as was the boating lake where we spent a morning doing a treasure hunt with the kids. Self catering facilities were excellent with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. The host was very good with answering my many questions before I'd even arrived. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Holiday wasn't long enough

Lovely property that accommodates a large family with great bedroom options. Excellent location for local amenities and a fab stroll to the beach. Being right by the sand dunes and the beach hut called Munchies was a real hit for adults, children and the dog! Oscar was great with communication and, we would definitely stay again!

Towels could have been freshly washed as they did smell a bit. No majors at all though.

We wanted a place to bring all of our extended family together over New Year's eve. This was the perfect spot. Plenty of rooms and a very well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. There were games, dvds and everything was really comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - a shop across the road that stocked all the essentials and the beach was a 5 minute walk away. And the host was excellent, always quick to respond to a query. Would absolutely recommend!

The location was excellent, a short walk to an uncrowded beach. Easy parking with a Morrisons Extra just across the road and regular buses into the centre of the town with a bus stop at the end of the road. We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for us all. The bathrooms were modern with excellent showers and the kitchen was well appointed with a large double oven.

Maybe a few more mugs and some extra cutlery would have been useful.

Oscar the landlord was easy to contact,sally his mum is a lovely lady very kind got us a second fan and a high chair for my granddaughter nothing was too much trouble for her,beds very comfortable,beautiful clean lovely bedding lots for children to do living room sofa,s very comfitable ,lovely house

I think the house was comfortable an nice but over priced for four days,lack of second floor bath for the whole of our stay is bad an no refund offered, 1 of the reasons I booked was because it had 2 baths as we had ,so many of us wanting to wash at the same time,I booked as I liked the luxury of having this ,most bedside an small lamps had no shades just bare bulbs which is dangerous with 1 yr old in our group,all bedroom ceiling lights just bare bulbs,rules say only 1 towel each for your whole stay which is not enough,an no longer than 5 mins per shower,which makes it hard rushing to wash little ones too much clutter on kitchen window sills so hard to close blinds at nite,it’s a nice house just needs more t.l.c could be a real palace just needs up dating a bit

Spacious property with plenty of room for a three generational family group. Easy walk to the beach and the main resort was walking distance ( approx 20 mins) for the children in our group who were aged 11 upwards. Lots of TVs and games in the property as well which were useful as the weather was not kind every day.

Another dining room chair would have been useful.

Very spacious clean and comfortable, everything you need is there and lots of games DVDs and things to keep you occupied if you suffer a rainy day
