As a previous owner of this condo, can’t beat the view!

Flooring needs to be fixed. A lot of gaps and warping. The ac is apparently on a schedule and kept jumping to 77. Couldn’t get the streaming channels on downstairs tv. Upstairs remote batteries dead. Ice maker broken. We did not receive any check in information, I had to contact coastal realty to figure out door and beach gate codes.
