bardzo mała kuchnia, bardzo mała łazienka, niskie skosy, niewygodne łóżka, śmierdząca klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi, śmierdzący czajnik. Obsługa mówi i pisze tylko w języku hiszpańskim. Trudność w uzyskaniu kodu dostępu do drzwi, opóźnienie w dostępności apartamentu, pomimo akceptacji godzin meldunku.

Nothing to like in this apartment.

20 minutes waiting outside as codes did not work. Large smelly bin the main hallway. The apartment smelt of the wet mop left in the bathroom. Bathroom painted black with only tiny light. Only 3 bath towels for 4 people. Ceilings in all rooms sloping so low we all bumped our heads. Window did not open in one bedroom. Sofa too small and you cannot stand up to rise from it. Tv not fixed to wall properly. Information said we could ring anytime but no one answers. 3rd day,no hot water,lift not working. We couldnt stand it any longer. We are all in our 70,s the men are 78 and had get all our luggage down 5 floors of narrow uneven stairs.We just had to leave a day early. No health and safety has checked this apartment. We are so disappointed,our experience was terrible. We are expecting a refund.

Location was very good, pretty central, close to Metro, a Carrefour and many nice coffee shops and brunch spots. Easy to walk from there to the main Plaza in Madrid, so location wise it was perfect!!!!

The entrance was supposed to be with a code on the door, I received the code the same day. When I arrived (after Check-In time), the cleaning lady was still there and the apartment was not ready. Then, at 4pm when she was about to leave she asked if I had the code and I said yes, so we tried to close the door and open it and the code I had didn't work. She had a different code and that is the one we used, but I tried to contact the host after that to ask for what was the original code and did not receive another reply during my entire stay, so I would say very unresponsive. Also, the instruction video mentioned a lock outside the door, not a code on the door, so seems like they don't event take the trouble to give proper instructions.

The place is clean and cozy all you need is available on place, and it is so near to the city center
