Tolle Unterkunft und toller Gastgeber! Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und er hat sich regelmässig gemeldet und gefragt, ob alles gut ist! Wirklich top!

An der Unterkunft gar nichts. Einziger Minuspunkt, wenn man dies als Minus betrachten kann, ist dass es sicher sinnvoll ist, mit eigenem Gefährt unterwegs zu sein, da es etwas ausserhalb liegt. Aber mit Gefährt, tolle Ausgangslage in jegliche Richtung.

The place was awesome looks just like pictures my family & I loved the place but the place is about 40-45 min from the beach & we did drive 1 hr 30 mins to get to other beaches Cape Coral fort meyers really didn’t have much to do there, but for the home it was everything & then some

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay here. The house was clean and was well stocked with all of the things we needed for our vacation. I also appreciated that the house was in a quiet neighborhood. We ended up wanting to extend our stay, and the owner was very accommodating. The highlight for us was definitely the pool!

A couple of minor things, for instance a tear in the screen above the pool and a dirty pan inside the oven when we checked in, but nothing significant that negatively impacted our stay.

From the time we arrived there were issues. I messaged prior to stay to notify owner we were interested in the jacuzzi and because I saw a previous review, I asked if the jacuzzi was working and the owner said yes when in fact it wasn't. It was low on water, draining out and cold. The pool was filthy. The screen was broken in several places causing animals to come in....The remotes that control the jacuzzi weren't working. The back sliding door was hard to open and close. We contacted owner and he said his pool guy couldn't come..... so we called booking and told them we wanted to cancel - only then he told them he would come to the property to fix it. We waited for a while then he arrived. Very arrogant and unapologetic. He started making excuses about having to fill the jacuzzi with well water and that it was normal for the area. The water in the jacuzzi smelled like a sewage tank and he wasn't allowing us to cancel and giving a refund because he had to leave a party to deal with this!!!! Beware of this man he lacks good character and integrity. No one should experience what we did. I have pictures of myself cleaning the pool and trying to make the best out of a horrible situation. As a business owner we treat customers as they MATTER and seek to make their experience with us pleasant. Integrity matters to us. This man has none and should not be managing any property. Beware!!!!!! As far as Booking.com leaving it up to the property manager who had lied on their listing to have the right to allow us to cancel with refund or not, well, that too is wrong. Therefore both have failed in my opinion. There are other properties, go elsewhere. One of the neighbors were super loud and the other went to the backyard to stare. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Plenty of space and property was clean. Nice quiet area. Host was very responsive to all of our correspondence.

The pool and the heated Jacuzzi are the highlight of the property, very good hosts who provided all amenities whether it is the pantry with staples, ample towels, or pool and beach toys. Would love to visit again.
