Nice and comfortable house. Good value for money. Good communication with host.

Cleaners could do better job but it was last minute booking so didn't fuss about it

Location was perfect for Anfield which is why we went. There were some minor things but all in all was good value for money

Only minor things such as.... Lack of sockets in kitchen. Only one teaspoon? The second bedroom has no storage for clothes if used as a second bedroom Main bedroom blinds not great at keeping sunlight out, could do with curtain, room gets light bright first thing No carbon monoxide sensor

It was a very practical and convenient house. If you come to Liverpool to watch a Liverpool or Everton-match, this is a great place to stay (both stadions are in within walking distance)

Not the most appealing neighbourhood.

The location was perfect for us.

There was no power and I had to contact the owner to get that sorted out. The heating did not come on - not sure if the radiators were working and there was no hot water.

The process of booking and trying to secure booking is time consuming. Unit was not clean and needs some repairs

Dryer machine doesn't work. Many things need taking care of it. The microwave is disgusting. Blinds bad. Etc

To be honest, sadly nothing.

This listing was not accurate to its listing or the reviews which were based or booking on. On arrival, our hearts sank. It got worse as it was a long way to everything we needed and not central and close as it started. It didn’t feel clean with previous people’s rubbish in bathroom bin, as well as some in kitchen rubbish bin. There were dirty marks on one of the beds which wasn’t good. We tried ringing the host, no reply. Rang bookings.com support and that really got us nowhere. Advised them that we had checked in, and left soon after without being in the property using it. They phoned host but no reply. After a couple of hours we got a message from host apologising for only a couple of the issues. I messaged them back with all the concerns and that we were not staying. Not sure if Booking.com support relayed all the issues as they said they would, as they weren’t addressed by the host. We didn’t get a reply. Instead we got a message the next morning hoping we enjoyed our first night!!! Then details on last day about checking out etc. I messaged again requesting they allow cancellation refund, but never heard back. Hence this very negative but honest feedback as we were out of pocket for 2 nights.
