Barrio Luzan 2 by United Renters

My experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived at the ground-floor apartment located at Via Luzan 7, we were greeted by a strong and persistent smell of dampness and sewage coming from the inner courtyard. I reported the issue to the property immediately. Although the inconvenience was acknowledged, no concrete solution was offered. I was informed that the manager would contact me shortly, but throughout the entire stay I never received a phone call, message, or any form of follow-up. The most disappointing aspect was not only the problem with the accommodation itself, but also the complete lack of customer care and attention. Ignoring such an important complaint and failing to provide any response is, in my opinion, unprofessional and unacceptable. Considering that the stay cost more than €800 for one week, I expected a much higher level of service. After many years of traveling, I have rarely encountered such a lack of consideration toward a guest. This is an experience that I cannot recommend.

Olor importante a desagüe en el baño y mas pequeño que lo que parece en las fotos, pero suficiente para una buenísima estancia.

Communication with United Renters was great, the team was very helpful, they communicated in Spanish and English, were very flexible and we easily agreed over everything. They usually hand over the keys in their office but, since we were coming after their work hours, we agreed on using the lockbox for which they shared the code and instructions in a comprehensive document prior to the trip. The property is very nice and in a great location, very central, close to everything and yet in a small street ensuring peaceful rest time throughout the night.

The property had excellent location and staff was very polite.

The is a terrible smell in the apartment - smells like mold and something also smells from the pipes. If toilet is flushed the smell gets 10x worse and the window in the toilet could not be used to properly at least air out. The apartment was also very dusty and not cleaned properly. We reached out to united renters and they really did react and send someone to look into it. They seemed to decrease the smell for a short amount of time (maybe a day) but it eventually came back.

L'appartement est très bien placé, fonctionnel, confortable et propre. En réalité il serait presque parfait.

L'odeur d'égout remontant de l'ensemble des canalisations de l'appartement sont très dérangeantes. étant seulement là pour trois nuits, nous nous en sommes accommodés mais c'est vraiment désagréable. Aérer n'y change rien. L'eau du robinet de la cuisine a également une odeur très forte.

- bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, wietrzenie mieszkania nic nie daje. - cienkie ściany, podczas naszego pobytu nad nami były młode dziewczyny, które jak wracały ok 22 to strasznie krzyczały i się śmiała, wszystko było słychać doskonale. Te głosy wybudzały nasze małe dziecko. Nie jest to wina właściciela mieszkania, ale jak ktoś planuje przyjazd z małym dzieckiem to warto się zastanowić -mrówki:/ w salonie, pojawiają się w jednej sypialni, kuchni i łazience :/ dość sporo
