I loved the property,very clean,safe and accessible.

The pool was not heated as advertised online

Where do I even begin? I landed in Cape Town from the U.S. on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, I was told that because I was checking in later that night I had to fetch the room key from an entirely different location—miles away in the middle of Cape Town’s city center. I’ve traveled extensively and have never been asked to pick up a key so far from the actual accommodation. As a young woman unfamiliar with the area, this felt incredibly unsafe and irresponsible on their part. The host, managed by Soughted, was completely unresponsive. They ignored all my calls and messages not only on Sunday but throughout the next day as well. When I finally got into the unit, the situation only worsened. The kitchen area was crawling with ants, and by the next morning, everything I’d left on the counter was infested. But the biggest issue? The WiFi never worked during my entire stay. As someone traveling internationally, I rely on WiFi to communicate, and without it, I was forced to leave the accommodation regularly just to find a connection. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unsafe, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking this place.
