The blind in the double room wasn't blackout so woke me up at 5.54 am apart from that everything was lovely

GBKids loved the little chalet. Especially the pound meter for the electric very clean and tidy we will definitely be back very soon.

GBWe enjoyed our stay for only 1 night and it was adequate for our needs. Michelle was lovely and went the extra mile, considering she was poorly. We didn't use cooking facilities as only a short stay. Great distance to the beach for our dog and not too far from the centre of Mablethorpe if you like to walk. We walked along the beach, which was lovely and peaceful.
The bedding issue at £10 extra for a double was not listed in the advert on booking.com neither was the £10 extra for the dog or paying extra for the electric metre and there were no towels either other than hand towels. This should be made clear in the advert for the property as i would have made sure i brought my own. You don't expect extra costs on arrival. This doesn't happen if you stay in a caravan or equally a hotel/b&b.
