We had a great stay. We slept well, room was clean. Front desk attendant was a sweetheart. However we are not users of marijuana and the front office smelled very much like Cheech and Chong spent a lot of time there. Not welcoming at all for non drug users. But if you do, you'll love it.

Room was clean and spacious. AC kept the room cold during a very hot and humid day. Great value for the money. If you are used to a 5 Star Hotel with a ton of amenities, then this isn't you're type of place. Close to Franconia Notch Park and the downtown area.

Old fashioned motel that was very clean and comfortable. Great location to all the tourist places we wanted to do and see. Great value for the money as long as you understand you're not getting a luxury room and bath. Janice was very welcoming and helpful.

Clean, quite, convenient, and appropriately priced. Nice friendly family oriented staff. Does not have all the amenities of a large chain hotel. Would certainly stay again.

Great value for the money. Room was big. I can find no complaints other than access to plugs at desk.
