The unit was very clean and organized. House rules were simple to follow. Easy access in and out. Overall a great experience.

Great location downtown. We walked to dinner and walked back from Nissan Stadium after our concert. Very convenient covered parking right in front of the apartment. The balcony has a nice view of the river.

The bathroom is a little dated and has not been updated like the rest of the apartment. It is only accessible through the bedroom, so a person sleeping in the living room has to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom.

The location was excellent for the main attractions of Nashville. You can walk to Broadway within 15 mins. This was easier than having to drive to places. There is plenty of free parking which was useful and it's all undercover. We had 2 children and 2 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the balcony and watching the Groundhog family. The swimming pool is a welcome addition...we had a couple of warmer days and our children enjoyed winding down in the pool (although it's cold!) James was very responsive to messages when I needed to ask something.

There is building work taking place across the street and they started every morning (except Sunday) by 7am and they were noisy. I had ear plugs so didn't effect me but husband was woken a few times. This is out of James control but take ear plugs if you are planning on staying in next few months.

The host James has been very helpful, the residance is like 20min walk by the main street of the city. Recommended!
