This is our second stay at this beautiful flat and we really enjoyed our time here. The flat is extremely well positioned for accessing the high street and beach. It’s very comfortable with plenty of space for a family with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. The flat has been very tastefully renovated throughout, it’s lovely, bright, spacious and clean. Having 2 car parking spaces is really handy. The kids toys were also much appreciated! We visit Frinton regularly so I am sure we will be back for another stay 😊

Access is via a steep concrete staircase which doesn’t have a handrails all the way up. This can be a bit difficult at times with young children and carrying bags/buggies etc. It would be great to have a few more pots and pans for cooking. The router being in the back bedroom makes the signal quite weak in the lounge, which can be quite frustrating as you need to stream to watch TV. Just very minor things though and didn’t really impact our stay!!

Excellent accommodation as advertised. Well decorated and equipped with wifi and tv. Spacious and comfortable with plenty of room, Kitchen was excellent for a family meal. Great location on the high street and near the beach. Good instructions and advice. Very useful to have the parking. Host was friendly and flexible as we asked to stay a little longer to watch the world cup final.

Needs more pots and pans for those wanting to cook and eat in. But otherwise well equipped.
