Urban Oasis in the Center of SLC

Great location. Easy walking distance to most of the attractions I wanted to see.

The one thing: the pillows weren’t comfortable. One was too big and firm and the other was too big and fluffy. Had a hard time sleeping one night. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow.

Bright and fully equipped had everything you needed

There was something about this apartment that made me feel like it was all mine the second I laid my bags down. It was clean and lightly decorated; that middle point between seeming like you were in someone else’s home and being in a fake sterile environment: the Goldilocks sweet spot. I am traveling cross-country so it was nice to have a “home” for a couple days. All of the accouterments were available for me to make a good meal for myself, I cozied up on the very comfortable couch (with trundle if needed!), and when it was time to sleep I found the bed was equally as cozy. I almost didn’t do anything I was supposed to the next day because I didn’t want to leave it. Staff gave intricate directions on the check-in process because it was a lot of steps, but as long as you follow along there’s no issue, and check out is easy as pie. My favourite thing was that they checked in to see how I was daily and make sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was going well. They were attentive and courteous and personable. I even tried to book another night but someone beat me to the punch. View from the balcony is nice because you can see the pool, and from the living room it’s just the Chase building but hey, what else would one see in the middle of the downtown area other than other buildings? Also yay for having laundry machines! And they’re super quiet too. Location was great. Right next to a 7-11 for quick needs, and not more than a few blocks away are some righteous establishments like a few vintage shops, a reeeeally good pizza place that’s open until 3am (YES!), and a Japanese bar with themed separated little booth areas and very lovely staff members. 10/10, would stay here again!

The fact that I had too much stuff to get done during each day and didn’t get to just chill in it more.
