Amazing location near piazza del commune. Large studio with great bathroom. Microwave and kettle. Air-conditioning worked well on hot days. Very clean. Lovely Jasmine cascading over the stairs and safe inner courtyard. Easy checkin.Grocery shop opposite. Many wonderful restaurants and Coffee shops close by . Breakfast was a croissant and Coffee at Bar trovsllessi 3 minutes walk opens at 7. Overall a wonderful stay.

Up 26 steps with a good rail. No cleaning whole 12 days but they left extra towels and sheets for a fee. No cooking implements or microwave dishes so very limited . Some street noise as expected if you leave the windows open.

Very good cornetto with cappuccino. There was some confusion whether we needed to show tickets for the breakfast. I ended up showing the server the Bookings.com message from Elise and that worked.

For those guests that aren't used to secure locks with codes, I would mention that guests need to lift the window of the code box to access the numbers to turn to open box with the keys. My wife figured it out.

Clean and a good mix of modern and heritage. Incredible location. Very helpful staff and the option of self check in.

The coffee machine handle could use a sign that warns that the water will keep coming out until returned to neutral…
