Nicely Updated Direct Ocean Front Studio with Panoramic Views Palace Resort 2101

Honestly it was great how it was very close to everything. Also elevators and stairs to access the floors were clean! Everything they told us we should expect was there, even when it came to parking and having a parking pass they provided us with two! I loved how we didn’t have to speak to the front desk at all! So we just walked straight to our room! It was beautiful the view and everything!! Also brought my PlayStation and plugged it up to the tv and it worked amazing especially with me playing COD. They gave us extra towels, blankets, sheets, and wash cloths! I will definitely be staying here again soon the view of the beach was beyond amazing and there was two chairs out on the balcony for us to sit. Though we didn’t do much of that because of the coldness and snow!!! LOL! Omg and there was a neighborhood Walmart literally 2-5 minutes away from us!!! SOOOO convenient. Everywhere we went was no more than a 18 minute drive and we went to the Hollywood wax museum, margaritaville, fun warehouse, just so many fun spots. Can’t wait to book my next trip with this room. 10/10. Also provided dishes. Cups, silverware, plates, pans, pots, and pans for the oven as well. Also drainers etc. 😆 The Air Conditioner works PERFECTLY so perfect that when I’d get really hot and turn it down I would get up 5 minutes later to turn it back up because I was cold lol! And the trash was very easy to dispose of with a trash disposal being on the floor with you.

My only problem had nothing to do with the room than we were there for 6 days and ran out of dish detergent and napkins anddd trash bags. When we informed the host they kindly just suggested that we go purchase more because they didn’t provide extras. But I mean we were there for 6 days. Also the internet randomly turned off on our last day because of something going on with the hotel but it was fixed shortly after something about an outage.

need more pools not enough handicap parking on lower level that needs to be changed asap should not have cleaning fee cause had to wash own dishes take out own trash the only thing I didn’t do wash wash linen which don’t cost the cleaning fee I paid
