Location is very good - 15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go

"We had a nice stay. The house was very unique and very comfortable and clean."

Location was close to downtown which was nice. The house was very cozy and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs shower was very nice.

There was an open space between the kitchen sink window and the wall which allowed bugs in. Majority of the lightbulbs over the deck were burnt out. The two trailers in the back yard were run down and an eye sore.

We loved this place for our family trip! Conveniently located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Biltmore, downtown, and the NC arboretum. Fun, artsy decor. Nice and clean, with a lovely bouquet to welcome us on the kitchen island. Beds were very comfortable, deck was private and pleasant for relaxing, nice big yard. Clear directions for operating heat/ac and locks. Many thoughtful details, like snacks, and an incredible assortment of “in case you forgot it” items in the bathroom. Very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping make our trip amazing!

A couple more bowls would have been helpful, as we were a party of 7, but not a big deal. Otherwise, no complaints!

"What a nifty and welcoming place to stay."

Great Location, nice touches such as coffee and fixings for the entire stay, snacks for the stay, extra sundies in the bathrooms in case you forgot something, Shamoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, beautiful & interesting art work throughout the house, oversize TV in the living room, U shaped driveway for easy entry and exit, nice yard and deck, quiet neighborhood.

It's an old farmhouse with quirks to be expected. Would have liked a reflector mounted on the mailbox post to signify the driveway at night since there are no street lights. Would have liked a railing on the entry porch as one of our party has trouble walking.

This place has a quirky, delicious soul! Well decorated, clean, some nice snacks for us, comfortable beds, and charming to the point of "crazy, fun". I will long remember this old farmhouse.
