The Chase, Luxury Hot Tub Retreat, Pets Welcomed

The location was excellent walks straight from the door for the dog - fabulous kitchen but is short of a few items ie tea pot and milk jug - beds very comfortable lovely showers great seating downstairs

I think the garden could do with a bit of tlc I accept that it’s enormous and on three levels but just needs a tidy as does the patio and if the solar lights could be replaced it would be lovely on an evening whilst in the fabulous hot tub which was immaculate

Fabulous house exceptional amenities and a lovely garden. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Kim the host was always quick to respond to any concerns and I would definitely stay there again

the Hosts were absolutely brilliant in accommodating us in giving us an early check in of 12:00. Kim was always on hand if we needed anything and she was so welcoming, the Welcoming hamper as we walked in to this beautiful house was second to none, made us feel so welcome and made us feel at home. everything about the Chase was perfect, the cleanest place I've ever stayed in, the attention to detail was so thought out, the rooms and bathrooms were so spacious and lovely and we all certainly enjoyed our stay here at The Chase. The Hot tub/Jacuzzi was amazing and the outdoor facilities had a variety for everyone. the Location of The chase is prime as it's so close to Newcastle and Sunderland, and has some beautiful views, the Chase is by far the most beautiful place I've stayed in not only for the way it's set out, but for the way we were made to feel at home and Kim I thank you and your husband for our amazing stay at your beautiful Home 🥰 I will certainly be back to stay here again in the near future...and I will be recommending anyone to stay at The Chase, Thank you 🥰😊

What an amazing weekend we have had celebrating turning 30 in a beautiful home. Thank you Kim and Chris you went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay and you did not disappoint. We will definitely rebook in the future and pass on the word back home in Edinburgh 💖😊 House was fully equipped to make sure your stay was not boring from games, projector and a karaoke machine. The garden is beautiful and hottub is a bonus with it being private as well. Welcome basket was an amazing touch ❤️ can't wait to rebook.

Excellent owner who communicated with us exceptionally well before, during and after our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and garden. Close to some good pubs and surrounded by beautiful countryside with some excellent routes for countryside walks and runs. Highly recommended!
