The small homely touches like the seasoning in the cupboard, the board games, the fireplace is beautiful and the decor. The shower here is the best shower I’ve been in away from home! We all loved it. Location was great too.

It wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as we found tissue and bits of rubbish under the beds, we didn’t have our bedding linen sorted until the second night, the bathroom door needs repairing as once you close it you’re locked in and need someone to open from the outside which was scary for the children. The pressure from the bathroom tap was very slow

Very nice carvan but was really dirty and had to spend half of my day cleaning the carvan. There was damage to the carvan with no fitter on the exterior fan and holes in the wall. The bathroom door was broken and could open it from the inside. There was all rubbish under the sofa bed. And the cups and glasses was dirty as well. I also found a vape down the side of the bed. And also there war rubbish wasn't picked up in the front room either. There was a broken chair outisde which i was told that didnt belong to this carvan. I like the carvan but wasn't happy with the way it wasn't clean.

It was very difficult to get into the park, either a key code is needed which we didn't get or transponder fob which we got from the reception but never worked, a long line if vehicles is usually waiting to get in because of the barrier not opening

Company was fairly quick to arrange an alternative after double booking us, despite it not being similar to what we booked. The lady we spoke to was helpful on the phone to assist us in finding where the new caravan booking was.

Arriving to find someone else staying in our caravan as we were double booked.. The caravan we were given was called an upgrade but was considerably smaller than the one we had booked. The lounge alone is much bigger in the original. We are grateful that we got an alternative however after such a long journey we didn't need the drama and was surprised by how small the new one was..

wifi did mot work during the whole entirety of our stay the host did mot rectify this, they say its st osyths but it is not its martello beach so when we got dropped off we was a 20 minute walk away and had to carry 3 suit cases whilst im 7 months pregnant. ruined my boyfriends birthday.

No breakfast, it was a caravan. It had not been cleaned, but full marks to the owners for their speedy response. That's pretty much the only thing I can commend them for.

Took us two days to work out the heating system. We never did find the walk in wardrobe described in the visitor's handbook. The shower dripped and was very annoying, The water in the shower never reached 'hot'; at best it was luke-warm, often cold. When sitting on the toilet your knees practically touched the wall opposite. The van was badly equipped, there was only one sized plate, for example, which I would describe as a breakfast plate, certainly not big enough for a dinner. There were limited utensils. And while there were large casserole dishes there was limited cooking vessels, I heated things in a frying pan in the end as no suitable saucepan was available. I am still fuming about the location. We booked at the St Osyth Beach site but our van was on the Martello site. Original documentation indicates we would have to go over the bridge to use the facilities, which confirms we were originally booked on St Osyth Beach as the facilities are on the Martello site. The caravans on the Martello site are cheaper than the one we'd booked! We were actually given two numbers for the keypad. I imagine one was for the caravan we had originally booked. This was probably also the caravan that had been cleaned. When we arrived we were greeted with half a cup of cold tea, rubbish all over the floor, bristles on the bathroom sink, and a full rubbish bin. An email to the company did produce a quick response, and a cleaner was sent before I could stop that happening. By then we had unpacked and had stuff everywhere and it would just have been an inconvenience. We were told we could use the facilities. We were *not* told they would be closed. We were, however, told the shop would be closed. It was open! Altogether it was a really horrible experience, one I hope never to repeat.

The peace and quiet. I walked again the beach wall and it was nice.

Nothing. They said all in booking.

Everything as it was a birthday break for my parents this was not a happy experience They came back very unhappy

The property was immaculate. All modern with central heating, fireplace etc and I loved that even though I had no use for them, they even thought to provide toys/books for kids

I would have preferred to not have had to take my own quilt covers/pillow cases/bottom sheets, and I noticed there was no cleaning products available
