Golf del Sur Tenerife - Casa Barrera verde green park la corbeta

We used this as a base for 1 night. We arrived late and needed a place for 1 night. I didn’t like the location.

It felt dirty. It was difficult to access, that was before we entered the hotel! Extremely basic. The cupboard doors didn’t fit, one even came off in my hand as it wasn’t screwed on. I wanted a shower but darent use it as the grouting was filthy. I didn’t like it, it was dirty, poor location, made me itch. I paid a very cheap price but have since seen this on this site for x5-x6 the price. The photos were taken a while ago so it’s misleading. We got what we paid for, but if you are thinking of paying over fifty pounds for this place please don’t. Save up a bit more and go somewhere decent.

It exceeded my expectation, so I am giving 10. It's exhotel which sold the rooms / appartments to private owners. - very good price - big, nice and clean appartment - good bed - great pool bar and 3 swimming pools - good communication with owner and earlier check-in - well furnished

- Interior of the building (not appartment) is unmaintained - you are very close to the airport, so planes are landing very often above your heads (it was not a problem for us)

Great apartment with separated bedroom , bathroom, kitchen area, good size lounge and balcony. Greenpark has a good size pool and bar with other bars attached to the resort. The Corbeta building is located at the back and you need to use the pool access card to walk through the resort. The card is in a box by the door. Pool access closes at 7pm so outside of that time you just need to walk around the building. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the apartment so bring capsules

Everything is good, but no access to onsite parking but there is street parking

Lovely small apartment perfect for solo or couples, overlooking the pool. very comfortable bed. Well equipped with everything we needed plus a dolce gusto coffee maker and very good internet. Green Park is now a very nice resort, much better than we expected. We will definitely stay again and have already rebooked. Very good communication from the owner

The bed was quite comfortable.

The tired bedroom furniture. The uncomfortable dining chairs. Limited kitchen equipment.

The view of the pool was ok.

Lack of :- a kettle/ an iron/ working oven/ wine glasses/ kitchen tools. Plus filthy bath. Poor water pressure. Disgusting unusable wardrobe.

Pools were good. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

TV remote was dodgy host said he'd sort it but never did . Microwave gave off sparks and oven didn't work ,hotplate worked fine. Not a sandy beach in locality.
