Flora's House - Ortigia Holidays

Location is good but at the same time it can get a bit noisy at times especially at night if there are events happening in the areas below. Apartment is large and comfortable with air conditioning and heating available as needed. Rooftop views are nice and many restaurants close by to choose from. Bathroom was large and functioned well. Parking is available relatively close by for a fee and is by the hour.

Sometimes noisy, double glazed windows would help with that. There was an iron but no ironing board so had to improvise. The washing machine is not in the apartment but in a facilities cupboard in the foyer area which unfortunately was full of items that you could not even use the washing machine if you wanted to. Even though it wasn't mentioned a toaster, a microwave and a kettle would be beneficial. The apartment is on 2nd floor so had to contend with stairs for our large luggage bags.

Shiny, spacious house with all amenities, very clean and beautifully decorated . The communication with the owners directly and politely. In the center of historic center.You can rich the house by car to leave your baggage and after park near by ( free parking or by pay). Thw owners has a list rich was very helpful.

The stairs is a tiny problem, because it has no elevator.

The location can not be beaten. The photos do not give enough credit to the apartment which is HUGE & has everything you want. We had a small hitch with the internet but the owner replied prompt and then visited a day later with more coffee and toilet rolls.

The location can not be better. Given that, this is a busy area. The apartment is in a quiet building but there are some early morning noises from the street that can not be avoided - not matter where you stayed.
