Distance to the landmark

- very dirty. The cockroaches is everywhere, dining area, kitchen, toilet n even the bedroom - the air conditioner is not cold at all - the main door is broken - there’s leftover food in the fridge from the previous stayer - the towel provided is not clean at all. It’s smells so bad like someone use it already and folded immediately after used

Near to our seminar location

Owner not very friendly. Cannot call.. Just follow the instruction... If call u can get backlash of fire.. On how stupidly u are not able to follow instructions given by him
