House by the sea

This house with that beautiful garden and 10 steps from the sea is the perfect place to be! I want to thank the owner of "house by the sea" Katerina for the hospitality, I recommend it to everyone who wants peace and relaxation!

The host was so nice, made us cake upon arrival and even jam at our check-out (with thank you in our language!)

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!Το σπίτι,ή τοποθεσία,η παραλία, το φαγητό στο Αίγιο!!Η κ.Κατερίνα εξαιρετική μας είχε ετοιμάσει ενα νόστιμο κέικ και ευγενέσταση!!Ξεκουραστήκαμε και απολαύσαμε την αυλή του σπιτιού!!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!

Posizione ottima, sulla destra 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Aliki mentre sulla sinistra a 5 minuti a piedi dall’ottima taverna Mouragio. Il giardino privato è molto curato e posteggio privato disponibile. La casetta è perfetta per una coppia con cucina, lavatrice, zanzariere, aria condizionata, wifii, smart TV e completamente indipendente. Si ha a disposizione tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche di una settimana. La proprietaria è dolcissima, ci ha offerto frutta, torta e acqua al nostro arrivo. Lei abita accanto alla casetta ed è sempre a disposizione. Ha anche cucinato un pasto tipico greco anche per noi.

Wonderful cozy and modern house with a huge private garden only some steps away from the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped and even all things you need for breakfast are provided for. The inside of the house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. You find peace and privacy in the well kept garden. Aliki beach is very close by. Katharina is a very welcoming and thoughtful host who cared for us perfectly. We loved everything!

Clean, modern and well appointed with all the basics provided. The host went out her way to make us at home. Location is great. Looked as new as it was a year ago when we were the first guests!

Nothing really. If you drive a large SUV you would find the access road a bit tight but it is fine with a normal car.

A characterful, well-located choice, nestled in an olive grove, with orange & lemon trees- the added bonus being that you’re invited to partake in its bounty! Katerina is a perfect host- welcoming, kind, considerate and the baker of delicious, vegan cake- a real treat! The house and amenities completely match the photos and description, a cosy, comfortable, sparklingly clean house for 2-3, with an amenable outside space (including relaxed, dining facilities) to match. Another added bonus must surely be the attractive town of AÍgio itself, and the proximity of the house to the sea, the beaches and the well-planned walkway on the flat, hugging the coast. The inland lagoon, within walking distance, a haven for wildlife, was a treat for us, nature-lovers. Taken together, a very satisfying sojourn of a couple of nights, including for oldies, like us! We have promised ourselves to return!

Our stay could have been longer...

I recommend this place for vacation. The couple house is located just outside the city centre where it is quiet and calm. It is 10 to 15 minutes from the centre by foot and 5 minutes from the coffee shops with a sea view. In addition, the house is located just 7 minutes by foot from the natural protected landscape, where you can observe flamingos and other birds by walking around. The house itself has parking with a private entrance and a big garden. It is exceptionally clean, with all the comforts and consumables for you in order not to buy anything. Lastly, summer is a must stay as you have the beach next to you. However, we went for the winter where we enjoyed a winter house with a fireplace.

Beautiful fruit trees surrounded the house. The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach. There are delicious restaurants just a short walk away. Very cozy and comfortable!
