The host was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our stay at the apartment is exceptional and comfortable. She was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean. Blankets were nice, clean, and warm. The apartment was very clean, and the location is very much accessible, closer to public transport and restaurants. Jama el-fana is around 30 minutes walk through the old city. The old city Madinah is just 10 minutes walk away. The facilities in the apartment, such as fridge, freezer, air conditioners washing machine, gas cooking stove, ironing, internet, flat screen tv and a very large sitting room were perfect for the family. We were 6 members of the family, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. This apartment felt like home. I highly recommend this apartment for peace of mind and for comfortable stay.
