Luxury Studio Apartment - CoWorking - City Views

The place was clean. We were able to communicate with host to change our check out time to 11:00

We struggled just to get a key/checkin had to wait close to 20minutes . Poor ventilation in the room Very hot and stuffy bathroom Windows had to be open most time Wi fi problems first day of our stay . It can get noisy at night.

- The property was not as described. The room did not contain a balcony nor a washing machine. The building had a common balcony on another floor and a chargeable washing machine. - The host was not replying to my messages. Sometimes it took days to get a response. - There was a problem with cockroaches. Although it was reported from the second day of my stay, disinfection occurred just one day before I left. I stayed for one week. - The place gets hot during the day. even with temperatures at 25 the room temperature was at 29. The ventilator on the ceiling wasn't of great help for this situation.

Modern and fully equipped studio apartment in a coworking space with access to a public terrace, small telephone rooms, wifi throughout the whole building and a laundry room with dryer. Good location (though at night we didn't feel so comfortable) next to restaurants, bars, small supermarkets and gyms. Very nice and affordable option for remote workers. Gated parking available.

Air circulation could be better. We had to open the window all the time because the studio became easily sticky and humid, especially after cooking since there is no extractor hood above the stove top. The garbage bin was half open and attracted cockroaches even though it was hidden in a cupboard. The dishwasher is too small for the dishes and needs maintaining, it was not cleaning the dishes well.
